Room 303; Saturday Morning [04/13].
Barely even aware that this was the complete opposite of nearly every single on his his peers, Prompto felt as though everything about the last week was nothing shy of amazing. Incredible. It had been like some hazy-dream fog that he half thought couldn't even be real, and it had all culminated into...this. Honestly, when he woke up that morning, he was pretty sure it all was a dream, it had to have been, there was no possible stinkin' way...
He even went as far as to grunt in disappointment, then moved to roll over to his back to just sort of stare at the ceiling and brood about it for a little while until he managed to drag himself out of bed for his morning run. At least it had been a nice dream, a great one, though he might have a little trouble looking Yang in the eye when he saw her next.
...which...was...right now, he discovered as he rolled over and rolled into her. And then his brain did a sharp jerk in the other direction because, holy shit, it wasn't a dream at all, it actually happened. After the dance, they went up to his room, and...and...
Holy shit.
It was way too early for Prompto's brain to even begin to process this right now.
But just you wait, Prompto. Just you wait, because that wasn't even the half of it.
[[ a room post? for another person in a bed and a tiny to-be-arriving visitor? On this weekend?? Surely, you jest! But yes, for the girl, and that other girl, but not Girl. And open after that, if anyone wants, why the heck not? ]]

And Lucy had listened to that very, very carefully, frowning, because she knew where her parents had met was a little whackado, but that sounded pretty crazy.
And she grew up in worlds filled with Grimms and daemons, sooooo....even at eight, she was kind of an expert on crazy.
"Wait," she said, whipping around, and if they weren't ready yet, then, oh, well, they needed to pick up the pace here, especially if they were going to be talking about stuff like this. "So, you're like my parents, but in the past?"
She narrowed her eyes to give them a good look, and, yeah, that definitely seemed to check out. Her dad, especially, looked, like super scrawny and where even was his beard? She almost seemed to be asking her mom what she'd even been thinking as she glanced back toward her.
"I'm Lucy," she finally offered. "Lucy Long Argentum." Though they might have been able to figure out that part. "I like Princess Pigtails, though! That. You can call me that."

...focus, Prompto. Maybe figure a little bit of this out first before you go spoiling the living daylights out of a kid you just met?

"Yeah, we're, like, tiny versions of your parents," Yang said, as she stole a pair of boxes out of Prompto's dresser and put them on. "Welcome to Fandom or whatever."

"Cool!" Lucy decided and, since clothes were finally established, she also decided to take a flying leap for the bed, giving Prompto just barely enough time to move so that his legs didn't get crushed by an overly eager launched child who looked at his with a bright smile and shining eyes that just pretty much ruined him for life before she turned that same look on Yang. "So what're we gonna do? Are there things to beat up? Where's the puppies? Where's the weapons? Can we go shopping? Play video games? Where's breakfast? Do you have any Cup Noodles? If you're really my dad," she gave Prompto's leg a skeptical poke, "you should definitely have Cup Noodles."

PROMPTO! What are you teaching this child?

Which meant chuckling and shrinking back a little sheepishly at that look from Yang.
"You're right," he said, clearing his throat and straightening, adopting the very serious face that this discussion obviously required. "It isn't a breakfast food."
SLIGHT pause.
"It's an anytime food!"
"Yeah!" Lucy agreed enthusiastically, falling into a fit of giggles.

Yang leaned over to pick up Lucy and lift her up to sit on Yang's shoulders. "Come on then, Pigtails and Cowboy, we got some cooking to do."
